Known for his ambitious nature, Julius Caesar is the most powerful man in the world. His friends and advisers, however, fear that Caesar's ambition will lead to the downfall of Rome. Caesar has a trump card, however, that he dare not play until the time is right. Loyalty, friendship, and honor are put to the test, as Rome becomes awash in a sea of blood.
